Veggie day


Veggie Day !! Today Herb Tomato Coconut Sauce with rosemary red bliss medallions, cauliflower couscous, white bean cakes and avocado salsa.

Just because you decide to go vegetarian doesn't mean you can't have a well balanced, full with flavor meal!

Have you ever had Yellow Doll Watermelon before? It is sweet and juicy and great source in vitamins A & C ( hope you don't mind the seeds!)

Snack Attack

California Wild White Sea Bass, Avocado Puree, Watermelon Radish Thai Rice Noodle Salad

Always trying to think of different ways to compliment sea bass. This time using Korean  flavors like go ju jang (korean pepper flakes), sesame oil, soy sauce, scallions and toasted sesame seeds, some staple ingredients when cooking Korean food. The heat from the go ju jang is mellowed out by the avocado puree. The roasted sesame seeds and sesame oil give the sea bass a nice earthy flavor.
